Jamie Swenson, LCSW

Jamie believes treating trauma at its core is the foundation for inner work. She uses the power of  creative arts and evidence based practices to process through childhood related trauma. She has training and experience working with children, teens, adults and families with different treatment modalities including CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), Play Therapy, Theraplay, EMDR, and client-centered work. She is currently licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin.​
Jamie specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, depression and parent-child relationships. 

Samantha Janes, APSW SAC-IT

​Samantha is dual licensed in Wisconsin as an Advanced Practice Social Worker and a Substance Abuse Counselor-In Training. Samantha believes her job as a therapist is to find a way to help clients feel safe to tell their story and explore their potential. Her experience with treating both substance abuse and addiction has allowed her to take an integrative approach utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques. She aims to meet the specific needs of each client and work together.

David Cyprus, APSW

David's background included offering supports to a diverse range of clients in a wide range of environments -- private agencies, in-home settings, and several large hospitals including the VA. He has a special interest in helping clients work through grief, trauma, and life challenges that may have led to feelings of stuck-ness, anxiety, and-or depression. Some of the specific approaches David is practices include mindfulness-based modalities, Somatic Experiencing, Solution Focus Therapy, Mentalizing, Internal Family Systems, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.

Megan Meskan, APSW

Megan's professional journey also includes a Masters internship with the VA in the PTSD clinic, offering her valuable insights into the complexities of mental health. With over four years of dedicated service in the Jefferson County Community Support program, Megan has honed her skills in psychotherapy, DBT, CBT, BA, ACT, EIMR, and mindfulness. She has worked with individuals aged 12 and up, addressing a spectrum of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, personality disorders, and schizophrenia, among others.

Brielle Keyes, LCSW

Brielle's clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults in the outpatient setting. Brielle practices from a holistic point of view looking at each individual’s unique needs and goals for counseling. She is a Brainspotting practitioner trained in phases 1 and 2. Brielle specializes in working with individuals with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and those within the LGBTQ+ community. Brielle is licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois and provides services virtually and in person at the East Troy location. 

Ashley Barry, LPC_IT

As a therapist, Ashley operates from a trauma informed perspective while utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. She works with ages 10 and up, passionate about assisting clients in their healing and recovery journeys.

Allison Voss, APSW

Allison has worked with populations of all ages, though found herself looking for ways to work with more children and adolescents. She was eager to continue her education in the field, and pursued graduate school, graduating with a Master’s of Social Work degree. Upon graduation, Allison gained experience working as a clinician at a residential treatment center serving adolescents. She was responsible for individual, group, and family therapy sessions, along with responding to crisis situations. Working with the youths at the facility was a privilege, and she feels grateful to have been able to engage the youths in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Allison has experience working with youths with a variety of diagnoses including ADHD, depression, anxiety, DMDD, and ODD. She is a strong and caring advocate for children and adolescents, and is a dedicated professional no matter what population she is serving. 

Harmony Shepherd, APSW

For the past four years, Harmony has served as a school social worker in Beloit, primarily working with elementary-level students. She is also a Board member of the Wisconsin School Social Work Association and recently obtained her APSW License. Harmony's goal is to create a supportive environment that fosters the well-being and success of all students. In her practice, she uses a strengths-based approach, focusing on the whole child and supporting families through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Harmony currently works with children aged 4 to 12 years and is dedicated to addressing any barriers to their success.
